On the basis of the experience over generations in dealing with the nature as a fishing family business the needs have crystallized of natural cultivation, maintenance up to melioration of ponds, lakes, biotopes, supply pipes and derivations or inland trenches. So with each intervention in the nature the needs of the farmers or entrepreneurs and conservation are adjusted to each other usefully with the target being able to manage with the same method and in the same scope as before.
